• When your request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number.
• Your ticket will be added to the queue and a support specialist will be notified to begin work on your request.
• Our team will communicate with you through e-mail until your ticket is resolved. Any replies will come from support@cortevo.com. Please respond by clicking “reply” as this will update your ticket and reserve your space in the queue.
