How to Request a Password Reset for OneLogin
Password resets for OneLogin are handled by the OneLogin Administrator for your school. If you find yourself in need of a password reset for OneLogin, please send an email to support@cortevo.com with the following information in order for us to verify your ownership of the account requiring the reset:
- Your name and email
- Your school
- Your role at the school
If you are requesting a password reset for another member of your schools’ faculty/staff, please send an email to support@cortevo.com with the following information in order for us to verify your ability to make the request:
- Your name and email
- Your school
- Your role at the school
- The name and email of the person requiring the password reset
A temporary password will be generated and sent to you on your support ticket.
NOTE – your will be prompted to set a new password during your next login attempt. Your new password MUST meet the following criteria:
- Use a minimum of 8 characters
- Must include a mix of letters and digits
- Must not be a password you have previously used
